The Ssali Education Fund is a proposed Project of the Global Real Women Foundation, Uganda. The Global Real Women Foundation exists to empower women and girls to achieve their Social, economic, political, health and physical rights through education and advocacy for Gender Equality.
Inspired by the committement to Girl’s education of Mr.Ssali Enoch(Father to the Executive Director of the Global Real Women Foundation), the Fund will be an avenue where Ugandan Girls will be provided with access to education support through fees/tutition support, career guidance,Sexual Reproductive Health information awareness and linkages to global education opportunities.
To provide and link girls to access quality formal education (at all levels).
To empower women to overcome the effects of Gender-Based Violence .
To link women to income generating ventures and schemes.
To reduce HIV/AIDS prevalence among girls and women and care for the affected.
To reduce teenage pregnancies and other reproductive related problems among girls as well as provide support during this critical period.
To guide women and girls to understand their God ordained purpose as stipulated in the Bible through conducting training and motivational workshops, seminars and conferences.
To publish and circulate books, manuals, syllabuses as well as magazines that inspire women and girls to live holistically.
To engage and become a voice on women health and well-being globally to contribute to the achievement of the National Strategic Action Plans for Women.
